Our signature event is dedicated to enriching our community and enhancing its reputation as a prime destination.   Our mission is to support and showcase Wendell as a dynamic place to live, work, and play. We believe in the power of sports to bring people together and highlight the unique charm of our town. Entrepreneur and Founder of NetLet & Brasco///, a top marketing and advertising firm in the region. Member, Board of Directors, Wendell Chamber of Commerce. Brian is a lifelong Wendellian and a Wendell Downtown Development Committee member.

Braxton Honeycutt

Entrepreneur, Actor, Director, Emmy Award winning producer. Epic Mighty Con & NC Sports Con Promoter. Former Member, Board of Directors, Wendell Chamber of Commerce. Former Chairmen of the Wendell Downtown Development Committee.

Dan is an owner of Pace Yourself Run Company located in downtown Wendell who is inspiring our community to be active, driven, and to make fitness a life-long experience. 

Mr. Greg Dragos

The founder of the EWHAA Scholarship Foundation, he served as a teacher at East Wake High School from 1977 to 2004. In addition to his educational career, he is an avid sports card collector and dealer.

Greg Behr

Greg Behr is a seasoned PR, media, and strategic communications professional with over 18 years of experience. Throughout his career, Greg has developed a distinctive approach to public and community relations, honed through leadership roles at two prominent local agencies. His expertise has driven successful outcomes for a diverse array of clients, including industry giants like Google, Facebook, Uber, CVS, Campbell Law School, and North Carolina’s Medicaid Expansion campaign. Greg excels at crafting and delivering the right story to the right audience at the right moment, leveraging his deep experience in public perception and media relations.

Rodney Bunch

Rodney is a certified Pickleball instructor with the IPTPA and PCI, and serves as the USPA Pickleball Ambassador for Eastern Wake and Northern Johnston County. Additionally, he is the Director of the Central Academy of Sports in Wendell.
